The Start

On September 25th 2017, I went to my GP to get some relief from situational depression. I gave him a quick overview of what had been going on and he said – “I think you have OCD.”  From there, I’ve started a journey and an honest examination of how it’s affected me and people around me. This blog shares, the good, the bad, and, as I slowly learn more, talk about my plan on living with OCD.

Note: This blog reads from top to bottom as opposed to the typical backwards on up approach for most blogs.
